October 2, 2024 – The Clarity Times – MIAMI GARDENS — Despite speculation that the Kansas City Chiefs might try to bring back Tyreek Hill after Rashee Rice’s knee injury, the Dolphins star is committed to Miami. Hill, who joined the Dolphins in 2022 following a blockbuster trade from Kansas City, expressed his love for the team and city Wednesday.
“I’m just focused on right here and right now,” Hill said. “I’ve got a beautiful team here. My family loves it, the weather’s great, the fans are great.”
Hill’s comments come after rumors swirled about a potential Chiefs reunion, but he made it clear he’s content in Miami, enjoying life with his teammates and especially his close bond with safety Jevon Holland, who “brings him nice snacks.”
Hill’s frustration was evident on the sidelines during Monday’s loss to Tennessee, but he clarified it was simply a form of motivation for his teammates. “There’s no ill will,” Hill said. “I never break down in the moment. If something’s wrong, I pull guys aside.”
With 17 receptions for 217 yards and a touchdown this season, Hill continues to be a key playmaker, even as Miami faces quarterback injuries. As for his concerns off the field, Hill is also focused on helping family members affected by Hurricane Helene in his hometown of Pearson, Georgia, providing supplies to the devastated community.
