Port-au-Prince, September 21, 2024 – The Clarity Times: – Kenyan President William Ruto visited Haiti today in a high-profile diplomatic mission, reinforcing Kenya’s leadership in the international effort to restore stability in the Caribbean nation. During the visit, President Ruto met with the Conseil Présidentiel de Transition (CPT) and engaged with Kenyan troops deployed as part of the Multinational Security Support Mission (MSSM).
Kenya’s participation in the peacekeeping mission began months ago, after responding to a global call for assistance from the international community.
